An estimate is not a binding contract; a formal written agreement signed by both parties is required before any work begins
Submitting a request through our Website does not guarantee that we will accept the project, service the area, or be available within your preferred timeline

5. Project Agreements

When you decide to move forward with a project, both parties will sign a separate written project agreement that outlines scope, materials, schedule, payment terms, warranties, and other project-specific details. That signed agreement governs the actual construction project. These Website Terms apply alongside, but do not replace, your project agreement.

6. Financing (On Approved Credit)

We offer flexible financing options through approved third-party lenders, including 0% interest plans and terms up to 15 years for qualified applicants. Important details:

All financing is subject to credit approval (OAC) by the lender
Lender terms, interest rates, and conditions apply and are disclosed by the lender, not Ryze Outdoor Creations
Financing approvals, denials, and account servicing are handled directly by the lender
Ryze Outdoor Creations is not a lender and does not guarantee approval

7. Warranty

Ryze Outdoor Creations stands behind our work with a workmanship and materials warranty of up to 20 years, depending on the service and materials installed. Specific warranty coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures will be provided in your signed project agreement. To request warranty service, please use the Warranty Request Form on our Website or contact us directly at (480) 431-6497 or sales@ryzeoutdoorcreations.com. Warranty coverage may be voided by:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of routine maintenance
Damage from severe weather, vandalism, or accidents

Failure to follow care instructions provided at project completion

8. Permits, HOA & Property Owner Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Confirming that you are the legal property owner or have written authorization from the owner to authorize work
Disclosing any known HOA covenants, easements, underground utilities, or restrictions that may affect the project
Providing access to the property and any required entry credentials during scheduled work hours
Ensuring pets, children, and personal property are kept clear of the work area during construction

We will assist with HOA approvals and permit applications where appropriate, but final permit and HOA approval responsibility rests with the property owner unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Payments & Pricing

Unless your signed project agreement states otherwise:

Payment terms, deposits, and milestone schedules are set out in your project agreement
Accepted payment methods are disclosed at the time of contracting
Late payments may be subject to late fees and may pause project work until cured
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars

Promotional offers, discounts, or financing promotions are subject to change and may have additional terms posted at the time of the offer.

10. Communications & Marketing Consent

When you submit a form or check the consent box, you authorize Ryze Outdoor Creations to contact you by phone, email, or text message regarding your inquiry, project, or related marketing offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by:
