Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had pavers and plants 🪴 added to my backyard. I have dogs and the plants original to the house were large but toxic to pets, so I had them removed for pet friendly ones (will need time to grow). Ricky and his team did a great job coordinating with the HOA (which took awhile). Ricky stayed in constant contact to keep me updated though which was amazing 👏 The job took 2 days and looks great. Ricky followed up after completion also to make sure everything was the qay I wanted. Would recommend 👌

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I do not recommend this company at all. I was contracted to get landscape done AFTER my pool was done. 2 months later, when I decided to not do landscape, nothing was done, ordered or scheduled and the owner of the company has refused over and over to give me my 6k deposit back. As I said, the owner kept my 6k for no services done. He will cheat you out of your money, don’t use them

Update::::: it’s been over a month and STILL no refund of my deposit that they did no work for. I have found this company has complaints filed with ROC and BBB….not surprised….if I still don’t get my deposit, I will be contacting a lawyer next to go after this scammer company.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We've been wanting to fix up our back yard but we were always concerned about cost. We met with Rick. He listened to us and addressed our concerns. He took all the needed measurements and created a design according to what we wanted. We love our new back yard! Great experience, from our first conversation with Ricky to the installation crew!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ryze Outdoor Creations did a great job on our walkway project that was completed today. While our project was small compared to some of their larger jobs, they treated us with professionalism and care through every phase of the process. Ricky and the crew showed up on time, knocked on the door to let me know they had arrived, and got right to work. They were quick, clean, and did excellent work. We’re very happy with the finished result and would gladly recommend them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. No English speaking workers! No comunication. An English speaker did stop by twice for a few minuts and things still got tangled.
The project coordinator hasn't been very helpful getting 2 problems resolved. She was very handy at taking the final payment though. I still haven't received warranty information either. Is this turf under warranty? I talked with her March 13 when she stopped by to get the final payment and I've texted 2 more times and the date is now Aprl 8. I only hear that it will be scheduled but there hasn't been any follow up. Do I need to hire a reputable landscaping business to finish and then charge Ryze? I feel that when the final payment was given, Ryze has no need for any more contact with me. I kick myself for handing over that final payment.
